Joined the investment industry in 1982
Sue leads a team of eleven people who are collectively responsible for the evaluation of and investment in private equity funds and co-investment opportunities, as well as the monitoring and administration of existing portfolio investments. Sue also sits on a number of fund advisory committees.
Together with Roger Wilkins, she has established and developed the private equity portfolio and investment strategy at Aviva Investors, participating in over 130 funds and co-investments since inception of the current strategy in 1991.
Sue joined the firm (as Commercial Union) in 1987.
Previously, Sue worked for the Water Authorities Superannuation Fund and has 26 years experience in private equity.
Sue holds an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
