Encore+

Encore+ was launched in June 2006 and invests in a diverse portfolio of commercial property assets across continental Europe. The Fund comprises 11 assets across the office, retail and logistics sectors, concentrated by value in France and Germany, and with smaller exposures to Sweden, Italy, The Netherlands, and Spain. The Fund is jointly managed by Aviva Investors and LaSalle Investment Management; an international property investment management company with substantial on-the-ground experience in Europe. The Fund has target IRR of 8.5% with a target distribution yield of 5.5% pa, monthly pricing, dealing and active secondary market. It is an open ended Luxembourg FCP (Fonds Commun de Placement) and is currently open to institutional investors with a minimum of €1 million to invest.
