The Aviva Investors European real estate team is based in four offices across Europe: London, Frankfurt, Paris and Warsaw.

The teams in London and Frankfurt manage funds with a pan-European scope as well as funds that focus on specific countries or groups of countries. Some of the funds have a sectoral focus. We recognise that clients have different requirements in terms of liquidity, return/risk profile and sector and/or geographical diversification. The diverse range of funds we offer, giving both direct and indirect access to the European property market, reflects these different requirements.

In Paris, the team has a strong track record in French real estate investment and asset management. This extensive on-the-ground presence provides the wider real estate team with an excellent insight into the French market.
