Junction Retail Warehouse Fund
The Junction Retail Warehouse Fund was launched in January 2002 to invest in Open A1 and Bulky Goods retail warehouse parks at strategic locations across the UK, and its tenants include some of the best known companies in the UK retail sector. The Fund is jointly operated with Capital and Regional Plc, a London-based co-investing property asset manager, who dedicate a team of 18 specialists to managing the assets of the Fund. Capital and Regional also co-invest in Aviva Investors’ Mall Fund. As at 31 December 2008, the Fund’s GAV was £683.9million, comprising 13 prime retail warehouse assets and ancillary holdings. The Fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust.
