Apia Regional Office Fund
The Apia Regional Office Fund was launched in June 2005 and invests in town centre offices across the UK, outside of central London. The Fund is managed by Aviva Investors and asset managed by Warner Estate Holdings Plc.
The Fund focuses on properties offering modern, flexible accommodation in prime locations with an emphasis on intensive asset management, thereby increasing rental income and supporting capital values.
The Fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust, and is not currently open for new investment.
