Ashtenne Industrial Fund

The Ashtenne Industrial Fund was launched in July 2001 and invests in industrial properties throughout the UK. The Fund is jointly managed with Ashtenne Holdings, a leading industrial property asset management company acquired by Warner Estate Holdings Plc in 2005.

The Fund aims to generate a high income return through intensive asset management. Its geographically diversified assets are managed by 100 property professionals based in several regional offices across the UK.

The Fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust, and is not currently open for new investment.
