Beach Student Accommodation Fund
The Beach Student Accommodation Fund was launched in June 2005 to take advantage of the rapid growth in demand for privately owned and managed student accommodation across the UK. The Fund invests in purpose-built student accommodation in established University cities including Nottingham, Sheffield and Birmingham. The properties are either directly let to students or via nomination agreements with Universities. The 2,417 bed spaces within the Fund are managed by Derwent Living, a registered social landlord with significant experience of managing student accommodation.
The fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust for professional investors, and is not currently open for new investment.
