The Mall Fund
The Mall Fund was launched in March 2002. The Fund is jointly operated with the Mall Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital & Regional Plc, a co-investing property asset manager. The Mall Corporation dedicates a team of 60 specialists, based in London and Glasgow, to managing the assets the Fund. This is a substantial fund, with 12 assets, more than 1,300 tenancies. Diverse in terms of both tenants and locations, the Fund accounts for around 10% of the IPD Annual All Shopping Centre Series.
The Fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust and is not currently open for new investment.
