Quercus Healthcare Fund

The Quercus Healthcare Fund was established in December 1998 to invest in healthcare assets across the UK.  To date, the fund has principally invested in elderly care and nursing homes but also in learning disability homes, a care village and in the private hospital sector. The assets are let on long term leases, typically upwards of 25 years, with rents linked to the RPI, resulting in very predictable long-term cashflows. The Fund is operated by Aviva Investors alongside Quintain Estates & Development Plc as asset management partner.

The Fund is a Jersey regulated unit trust and is not currently open for new investment.
