The Aviva Investors Asia Pacific Property Fund has a remit to invest in real estate assets in both the mature and the emerging economies of Asia Pacific and Australasia, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. The fund seeks to generate income and capital growth through investing primarily in direct commercial real estate assets, though it also has the ability to have up to 30% of its holdings in cash and listed real estate securities, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

The fund was opened to external investors in September 2008. It is a daily-priced, daily-dealt fund, providing investors with a uniquely liquid exposure to the commercial real estate markets of the Asia Pacific region. The fund is a non-UCITS retail scheme (NURS) Open Ended Investment Company (OEIC). It is unleveraged.
