Invest and Give

We regret to advise that the Invest & Give Fund (the Fund) is in the process of being wound up. Unfortunately the Fund has not generated significant investment and consequently the size of the Fund deems it not viable. We are obviously disappointed by this result but the decision has been taken with the interests of investors at heart and in consultation with the Depositary, The Royal Bank of Scotland. The cost of running an unviable fund would become disproportionate with a consequent impact on performance.

The Authorised Corporate Director (ACD), IFDS Managers Limited, has commenced the process of seeking the necessary regulatory approvals to allow an orderly closure of the Fund and will contact holders of the Fund shortly. We are delighted that the Fund has provided a way to raise the profile and support the extraordinary efforts of The Prince's Trust. We hope that potential investors and their advisers will now choose to support The Prince’s Trust directly.
