Aviva Investors fields a property team of around 220 people, including circa 139 investment professionals**, who focus solely on commercial property. We employ an extremely comprehensive, tried-and-tested investment process – one we believe can help to deliver attractive returns over the medium to long term. The size of our team also means that we offer investors in-depth expertise across many sectors. This includes traditional areas such as retail warehouses, high street shops, shopping centres, offices and industrial properties; and also more specialist sectors including hotels, leisure properties and student accommodation.
