There is an increasing requirement on advisers to undertake educational activities. This may be taking examinations as required by the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), or a need to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

So what are we doing about it? We want you to be as informed as possible to fulfil your demanding roles. To support this, we aim to provide educational content which we hope you will find both engaging and informed.

The educational pieces are short (5 to 7 minutes) and use a variety of delivery mechanisms. But we also appreciate that for all the gadgetry, the content must be meaningful. Ideally we want it to provide you with an edge in your investment decision making. To enable this we review investment research and attempt to turn it into something digestible and understandable.

We hope that this will result in your feeling more informed and enthused. Ultimately you will be the judge, so let us know your thoughts. It’s a learning process for us too.
