Introduction

Aviva Investors is a global asset management business dedicated to building and providing our clients with focused investment solutions.

We are wholly owned by Aviva plc, the world's sixth largest insurance group (based on gross worldwide premiums*) which has assets under management of around £379* billion. Asset management is one of the three core strengths of Aviva plc, along with long-term savings and general insurance. The group has around 53 million** customers worldwide.

Aviva Investors as part of Aviva plc is one of the UK's leading providers of investment solutions. It is a significant force in global asset management, offering customers the benefits that come from the experience and expertise of managing assets, across virtually every investment class in 16 countries around the world.

Aviva Investors has assets under management in excess of £248 billion** across a range of funds. Our client base ranges from the largest financial institutions to advisers providing investment solutions for individuals.

We employ over 1,400 staff in the UK, Continental Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

The creation of Aviva Investors was announced in February 2008, to leverage the combined resources of several long-established asset management businesses owned by Aviva plc, bringing them together in a unified, global management structure.
