Joined the investment industry in 1989
Roger is responsible for leading the evaluation of and investment in private equity funds and co-investment opportunities, as well as the monitoring of existing portfolio investments. Roger also sits on a number of fund advisory committees.
Together with Sue Scollan, he has established and developed the private equity portfolio and investment strategy at Aviva Investors, participating in over 130 funds and co-investments since inception of the current strategy in 1991.
Roger joined the firm (as Commercial Union) in 1989.
Prior to joining, Roger was a corporate finance manager at Plessey plc.
Roger holds a BA in business studies and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
