  Green Star 2011
The Mall Fund has been awarded a Green Star in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark for 2011, coming 5th out of 162 European Private Funds. This is one of only 65 Green Stars awarded globally and displays the strong commitment from The Mall fund to sustainability.
 

National Recycling Awards 2010

The Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough is owned as a joint venture between Aviva Investors and Hammerson. Both organisations are committed to Corporate sustainability agendas and as such were delighted that the shopping centre recently won the award for Retail Recycler of the Year after demonstrating to the judges the outstanding commitment and investment in waste management, having increased the amount recycled from 14% to over 60% in little more than two years. The igloo Regeneration Fund won 'Sustainable Client of the Year'.

 

 

Regeneration & Renewal Awards 2009

Bermondsey Square, an igloo Regeneration Fund project, was 'Highly Commended' in the Mixed-Use Project of the Year category.

Estates Gazette 2009 Green Awards

'Regeneration Scheme of the Year' was awarded to Bermondsey Square, an igloo Regeneration Fund development.

Office Development Awards

Waverley Court, the Edinburgh Council's Headquarters developed by Aviva Investors Life Fund's, was awarded The Office Development Award 2007.
 

Green Apple Award

Waverley Court, the Edinburgh Council's Headquarters developed by Aviva Investors Life Fund's, was awarded a Green Apple Award by 'The Green Organisation', an independent group non-profit environment group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting best practice.
