The Aviva Investors Property Investment Fund was launched in March 2003 and invests in properties offering a relatively higher income return component. The majority of assets are direct investments in office, industrial, retail and warehouse developments; however, the Fund can invest in indirect property assets such as bonds and units in collective investment schemes. All 29 property assets are in the UK and are well diversified in terms of location. The Fund has no gearing and its straightforward structure makes it an ideal route for investors seeking exposure to the broader UK property market. The Fund is a Non-UCITs Retail Scheme (NURS).
